Landmine Rotation

Instructions
Standing and holding the end of an anchored barbell at arm's length, you sweep it in an arc from one hip to the other. It trains the trunk to create and control rotation while you stay on your feet.

Setup
- 1Anchor one end of the barbell in a landmine and start with a light load or an empty bar.
- 2Lift the free end to about face height and hold the sleeve with both hands, arms nearly straight.
- 3Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width and knees softly bent.
Execution
- 1Brace your trunk and sweep the bar in an arc down toward one hip.
- 2Let your hips and back foot pivot a little as your shoulders turn with the bar.
