Instructions
A cable fly where your hands sweep from beside your hips up to chest height. The upward arc shifts the emphasis toward the upper part of the chest.

Setup
- 1Set both pulleys to the lowest position and hold a handle in each hand.
- 2Step forward into a staggered stance with your arms down and slightly out to the sides, palms facing forward.
- 3Keep a soft bend in your elbows and lift your chest.
Execution
- 1Sweep both hands upward and inward in a wide scooping arc.
- 2Bring your hands together in front of your upper chest or chin, keeping the same elbow bend.
