Seated Leg Curl

Instructions
Seated in a machine, you bend your knees to pull a padded lever down and under you. It trains the back of the thighs through knee bending, which hinging lifts leave out.

Setup
- 1Adjust the back pad so your knees line up with the machine's pivot point.
- 2Rest your lower calves on top of the leg pad with your legs nearly straight.
- 3Lower the thigh pad until it sits snugly just above your knees.
Execution
- 1Pull your heels down and back by bending your knees as far as the machine allows.
- 2Pause briefly with the backs of your thighs fully tightened.
