Single-Leg Seated Leg Curl

Instructions
The seated leg curl done one leg at a time. Working each hamstring on its own makes side-to-side differences obvious and gives the weaker leg a fair turn.

Setup
- 1Adjust the back pad so your knees line up with the machine's pivot point.
- 2Lower the thigh pad snugly above your knees and pick a light weight — less than half of your two-leg load.
- 3Place one lower calf on top of the roller and rest the other foot out of the lever's path.
Execution
- 1Hold the handles and sit tall against the back pad.
- 2Bend the working knee to pull the roller down and under the seat as far as it goes.
