Sissy Squat

Instructions
A bodyweight squat where you rise onto your toes, lean your torso back, and let your knees travel far forward. With the hips kept open, nearly all the work lands on the front of the thighs through a long range.

Setup
- 1Stand with your feet hip-width apart beside a wall, post, or rack you can hold lightly with one hand.
- 2Rise onto the balls of your feet.
- 3Squeeze your glutes so your knees, hips, and shoulders form one straight line.
Execution
- 1Bend your knees and push them forward and down as your torso leans back.
- 2Keep the straight line from knees to shoulders; do not fold at the hips.
