Instructions
A mountain climber with both feet on sliders, so your knees glide in and out instead of hopping. Quieter and smoother than the classic version, with steadier tension on the abs.

Setup
- 1Place a slider under the ball of each foot and set your hands on the floor under your shoulders.
- 2Extend your legs into a high plank with your body in a straight line.
Execution
- 1Slide one knee toward your chest while the other leg stays long.
- 2Glide that foot back out as you draw the opposite knee in.
- 3Keep your hips level and shoulders over your hands as the legs switch.
