Suspension Body Saw

Instructions
A forearm plank with your feet in the straps, where you glide your whole body backward and forward like a saw. The further back you slide, the longer the lever and the harder your trunk works to stay straight.

Setup
- 1Lower the foot cradles to about mid-calf height above the floor.
- 2Kneel facing away from the anchor, place your toes in the cradles, and set your forearms down with elbows under your shoulders.
- 3Lift your knees to reach a straight forearm plank with your feet suspended.
Execution
- 1Squeeze your glutes and tuck your ribs toward your hips.
- 2Push through your forearms to slide your body back a few inches, so your shoulders move behind your elbows.
