Walking Knee Hug

Instructions
Walking forward, you pull one knee to the chest with both hands while rising onto the toes of the standing leg, then release and step through. It opens the glutes and hips and adds a light balance challenge.

Setup
- 1Stand tall with a clear stretch of floor ahead.
Execution
- 1Lift one knee and hug it to the chest with both hands, standing tall on the other leg.
- 2Rise onto the toes of the standing foot for a moment.
- 3Release the leg, step forward onto it and hug the other knee.
- 4Continue alternating with each step.
Breathing
Exhale as you hug the knee in; inhale as you step.
