Band Monster Walk

Instructions
With a band around your legs, you walk forward and backward in a wide, slightly crouched stance. The hips work the whole time to keep your knees from being pulled together.

Setup
- 1Loop a short band around both legs just above your knees, or around your ankles for more challenge.
- 2Set your feet wider than your hips so the band is taut.
- 3Sink into a shallow squat with your chest up and hands on your hips or in front of you.
Execution
- 1Step one foot forward and slightly outward, keeping your stance wide.
- 2Follow with the other foot the same way, never letting the feet come close together.
