Dumbbell Front Raise

Instructions
Standing tall, you lift a pair of light dumbbells straight out in front of you to shoulder height. A simple way to give the front of the shoulders direct work.

Setup
- 1Stand with feet about hip-width apart, holding a light dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs.
- 2Turn your palms toward your body or toward each other, whichever feels smoother.
- 3Soften your elbows and knees, and draw your ribs down.
Execution
- 1Raise both arms forward in a smooth arc until your hands reach shoulder height.
