Cable Front Raise

Instructions
Facing away from a low pulley, you lift a bar or rope straight out in front of you. The cable keeps the front of the shoulders working through the whole lift, including the very bottom.

Setup
- 1Set the pulley to its lowest position and attach a short straight bar or rope.
- 2Face away from the machine and hold the attachment with the cable running between your legs.
- 3Step forward until the cable is taut, standing tall with arms straight down and a soft bend in the elbows.
Execution
- 1Raise your arms straight in front of you without leaning back.
- 2Stop when your hands reach about shoulder height.
