Hanging Oblique Knee Raise
Also known as: Hanging Side Knee Raise, Twisting Knee Raise
Instructions
A hanging knee raise in which the knees are drawn up toward one elbow, then the other. The sideways twist puts the obliques in charge of the lift.

Setup
- 1Hang from a bar with the hands about shoulder-width apart and the shoulders pulled down.
- 2Bend the knees slightly and let the legs hang still.
Execution
- 1Lift the knees up and across toward one elbow, rotating the hips as they rise.
- 2Lower under control to the hanging position without swinging.
- 3Raise the knees toward the other elbow.
