Instructions
Hanging from a bar, you curl your knees toward your chest. Builds strong abs and grip while asking for real body control.

Setup
- 1Grip a pull-up bar slightly wider than your shoulders and hang with straight arms.
- 2Pull your shoulders slightly down away from your ears and bring your legs together.
Execution
- 1Draw your knees up toward your chest by curling your pelvis upward.
- 2Pause briefly when your thighs pass parallel to the floor.
- 3Lower your legs slowly until they are straight again, without swinging.
Breathing
Exhale as the knees rise; inhale on the way down.
