Instructions
Hanging from a bar, you lift straight legs until they are level with your hips or higher. The long lever makes it a demanding builder of abs, hip flexors, and grip.

Setup
- 1Grip a pull-up bar slightly wider than your shoulders and hang with straight arms.
- 2Draw your shoulders down away from your ears and squeeze your legs together.
- 3Let any swing settle before you start.
Execution
- 1Keeping your knees straight, raise your legs in front of you.
- 2Curl your pelvis up as your legs pass hip height so your abs finish the lift.
