Instructions
A one-arm overhead press with the kettlebell held upside down, its heavy end balanced above the handle. The wobble forces a crushing grip and a steady shoulder, so a light bell goes a long way.

Setup
- 1Pick a kettlebell much lighter than you would normally press.
- 2Bring it to shoulder height with the handle in your palm and the round body pointing straight up.
- 3Keep your wrist straight and your forearm vertical under the bell.
- 4Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and make a fist with your free hand.
Execution
- 1Squeeze the handle hard and brace your middle.
