Kettlebell Windmill

Instructions
With a kettlebell held straight overhead, you fold sideways at the hips and reach toward the floor. It trains a steady shoulder and a trunk that stays strong while you bend and turn.

Setup
- 1Bring a light kettlebell to your shoulder and press it overhead with one arm until the elbow is straight.
- 2Stand with feet a little wider than your hips and turn both feet about forty-five degrees away from the working arm.
- 3Look up at the kettlebell and keep your eyes on it throughout.

- 1Push your hip out toward the side of the raised arm, keeping that back leg straight.
