Instructions
A push-up done from your knees instead of your toes. The shorter body line takes weight off your arms, so you can practise the full floor-level movement while you build up to the standard version.

Setup
- 1Kneel on a mat or folded towel and walk your hands forward until they sit under your shoulders, slightly wider than shoulder width.
- 2Shift your weight forward so your body forms a straight line from your head to your knees.
- 3Let your feet rest on the floor or lift them lightly, whichever feels steadier.
Execution
- 1Tighten your stomach and glutes so your hips stay in line with your shoulders and knees.
