Instructions
From a straight-body position on your hands and toes, you lower your chest to the floor and push back up. A go-anywhere press that also trains your trunk to stay rigid.

Setup
- 1Place your hands on the floor slightly wider than your shoulders, fingers pointing forward.
- 2Step your feet back until your body is one straight line from head to heels.
- 3Tighten your midsection and squeeze your glutes before the first rep.
Execution
- 1Bend your elbows and lower your whole body as one piece, elbows angled back at roughly forty-five degrees.
- 2Stop when your chest is just above the floor.
