Instructions
A push-up with your feet raised on a step, chair, or other sturdy surface. Lifting the feet puts more of your weight on your hands and shifts the effort toward the upper chest and shoulders.

Setup
- 1Choose a stable surface around knee height that will not slide or tip.
- 2Place your hands on the floor slightly wider than your shoulders.
- 3Set your toes on the surface one foot at a time and straighten your body from head to heels.
- 4Tighten your midsection and squeeze your glutes before the first rep.
Execution
- 1Bend your elbows and lower your chest toward the floor as one piece, elbows angled back.
