Instructions
A push-up where one knee travels out to the side toward your elbow as you lower. Balancing on three points makes your chest, arms, and the sides of your waist work together.

Setup
- 1Start in a push-up position with your hands slightly wider than your shoulders.
- 2Set your feet about hip-width apart and form a straight line from head to heels.
- 3Brace your midsection before you move.
Execution
- 1As you bend your elbows to lower, lift one foot and draw that knee out to the side toward the same-side elbow.
- 2Reach the bottom of the push-up as your knee arrives near your elbow, keeping your hips level.
