Instructions
A push-up performed with your hands in free-moving straps, so your chest and shoulders must steady every rep. Body angle sets the difficulty: the closer to horizontal you lean, the harder it gets.

Setup
- 1Anchor the straps overhead and lengthen them so the handles hang around hip height.
- 2Face away from the anchor, hold the handles with straight arms in front of your chest, and keep the straps clear of your upper arms.
- 3Walk your feet back until you are leaning forward at an angle you can control.
