Instructions
Standing with a band anchored behind you, or wrapped across your upper back, you press your hands straight out in front of your chest. A wrist-friendly, floor-free way to train your pressing muscles almost anywhere.

Setup
- 1Anchor a band at chest height to something solid behind you, or loop it across your upper back and under your armpits.
- 2Hold one end in each hand at chest level with your elbows bent and slightly below your shoulders.
- 3Step forward into a staggered stance until the band is lightly stretched.

- 1Brace your stomach so your ribs stay down and your torso stays upright.
