Instructions
A push-up done with your hips lifted high so your body makes an upside-down V. The steep angle turns it into an overhead press for your shoulders using only bodyweight.

Setup
- 1Start in a push-up position with your hands a little wider than your shoulders.
- 2Walk your feet toward your hands and lift your hips until your body forms an upside-down V.
- 3Keep your arms straight, your heels free to lift, and your eyes on the floor between your hands and feet.
Execution
- 1Bend your elbows and lower the top of your head toward a spot on the floor slightly in front of your hands.
