Instructions
A pike push-up with your feet raised on a sturdy surface, which tips more of your bodyweight onto your shoulders. A strong step toward pressing fully upside down.

Setup
- 1Place your hands on the floor slightly wider than your shoulders, fingers spread.
- 2Put your feet up on a sturdy chair, bench, or step behind you.
- 3Walk your hands back toward the surface until your hips are high and your torso is close to vertical.
Execution
- 1Bend your elbows and lower the top of your head toward a spot on the floor just ahead of your hands.
- 2Keep your elbows angled back at roughly forty-five degrees rather than flaring wide.
