Instructions
You hold a straight, upside-down line on your hands with your feet resting on a wall. It builds overhead strength, shoulder endurance, and confidence being inverted.

Setup
- 1Clear a space next to a solid wall and place your hands on the floor about shoulder-width apart.
- 2With your back to the wall, walk your feet up it while walking your hands closer in.
- 3Stop at a distance you can exit from safely by walking back down the same way.
Execution
- 1Lock your elbows and push the floor away so your shoulders rise toward your ears.
- 2Tuck your ribs in and squeeze your glutes to keep a straight line from wrists to toes.
