Wall Walk
Also known as: Wall Climb, Walk-Up Handstand
Instructions
Starting in a push-up position with your feet against a wall, you walk the feet up the wall and the hands toward it until you are nearly upside down, then walk back down. It builds the strength and confidence to be inverted without needing to kick up.

Setup
- 1Lie face down with the soles of your feet against the base of a solid wall.
- 2Press up into a push-up position with the feet still touching the wall.
Execution
- 1Step one foot up onto the wall, then the other, and walk your hands back toward the wall as your feet climb.
- 2Keep climbing until your hands are as close to the wall as you can control, with the body straight and trunk tight.
