Instructions
Standing tall, you press a dumbbell in each hand overhead. With no bench behind you, your trunk and hips have to hold you steady, making it a full-body shoulder builder that needs only dumbbells.

Setup
- 1Stand with feet about hip-width apart and bring a dumbbell to each shoulder.
- 2Keep your forearms upright with elbows slightly in front of your body.
- 3Squeeze your glutes and draw your ribs down so your lower back is not arched.
Execution
- 1Press both dumbbells up until your arms are straight and the weights are over your shoulders.
- 2Let your head come slightly forward at the top so your arms finish beside your ears.
