Instructions
A standing dumbbell press that starts with a quick dip and drive from the legs. The leg drive helps the weights past the hardest point, so you can press heavier and practice moving with power.

Setup
- 1Stand with feet about hip-width apart and bring a dumbbell to each shoulder.
- 2Turn your palms to face each other or slightly forward, elbows a little in front of the weights.
- 3Brace your trunk and keep your weight spread across your whole foot.
Execution
- 1Dip straight down a few inches by bending your knees, keeping your chest tall.
- 2Drive up hard through your legs without pausing at the bottom of the dip.
