Instructions
A squat with a ball rolling between your back and a wall. The ball guides an upright path and takes away the balance worry, making it a friendly first squat that still works the thighs.

Setup
- 1Place the ball against a wall at the height of your lower back and lean into it.
- 2Walk your feet forward a little so they sit slightly in front of your hips, about shoulder-width apart.
- 3Stand tall with light pressure into the ball and your arms relaxed or crossed over your chest.
Execution
- 1Bend your knees and sit down, letting the ball roll up your back as you lower.
