Supine Hamstring Stretch

Instructions
Lying on your back, you raise one straight leg and draw it toward you with the hands or a towel behind the thigh. The back stays supported, so the stretch lands on the hamstring alone.

Setup
- 1Lie on your back with one leg straight along the floor.
- 2Lift the other leg and hold behind the thigh or loop a towel around the foot.
Execution
- 1Straighten the raised knee as much as you can and draw the leg gently toward the chest.
- 2Keep the other leg flat and the hips level on the floor.
- 3Hold, then lower the leg and switch sides.
Breathing
Slow, calm breaths; ease the leg closer on each exhale.
