Band Lat Pulldown

Instructions
A band anchored high above you takes the place of a pulldown machine. It lets you train the overhead pulling pattern at home with nothing more than a band and a sturdy anchor.

Setup
- 1Fix the band to a secure point well above head height, such as a door anchor or a solid beam.
- 2Hold one end in each hand and sit or stand tall far enough away that the band is already taut with your arms raised.
- 3Lean back just slightly and lift your chest.
Execution
- 1Draw your shoulders down first, then pull your elbows down and in toward your sides.
- 2Finish with your hands beside your upper chest and squeeze your back briefly.
