Band Lateral Raise
Also known as: Resistance Band Lateral Raise, Banded Side Raise
Instructions
Standing on a band and holding its ends, you lift your arms out to the sides until they are level with your shoulders. It trains the side of the shoulder with gear that fits in a drawer, and gets hardest right at the top.

Setup
- 1Stand on the middle of a light band with your feet about hip-width apart.
- 2Hold one end in each hand with your arms at your sides and palms facing your thighs.
- 3Keep a small, fixed bend in your elbows and stand tall.
Execution
- 1Raise both arms out to the sides, leading with your elbows.
- 2Stop at about shoulder height, where the band is stretched the most.
