Instructions
Standing on a band, you draw your hands up along your body with your elbows leading. Builds the sides of the shoulders and the upper traps with nothing but a band.

Setup
- 1Stand on the middle of a band with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2Hold one end in each hand in front of your thighs, palms facing your body.
- 3Stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and the band lightly taut.
Execution
- 1Lift your elbows up and out to the sides, letting your hands travel close to your torso.
- 2Stop when your elbows reach about shoulder height.
