Band Overhead Press

Instructions
Standing on a band, you press its ends from your shoulders to overhead. The resistance grows as your arms straighten, so it trains the shoulders and triceps hard at the top with very little gear.

Setup
- 1Stand on the middle of a band with your feet about hip-width apart.
- 2Bring the ends up to shoulder height with your palms facing forward and the band running behind your forearms.
- 3Tuck your elbows slightly in front of your body and squeeze your glutes.
Execution
- 1Brace your stomach so your lower back does not arch.
- 2Press both hands straight up until your arms are fully extended beside your ears.
