Bodyweight Good Morning

Instructions
A standing hip hinge with the hands behind the head: push the hips back until the hamstrings pull, then stand tall. It teaches the hinge that every deadlift is built on and loads the back of the legs with no equipment.

Setup
- 1Stand with the feet hip-width apart and a soft bend in the knees.
- 2Place the hands lightly behind the head or across the chest and pull the shoulders back.
Execution
- 1Push the hips straight back, letting the torso tip forward as one flat unit.
- 2Continue until you feel a firm stretch in the hamstrings, usually with the torso near parallel to the floor.
- 3Squeeze the glutes and drive the hips forward to stand tall again.
