Instructions
With a loop band under your feet and across the upper back, you bow forward from the hips and stand back up. A light, simple way to feel your hamstrings and practice a clean hinge.

Setup
- 1Stand on one end of a loop band with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2Duck under the other end so it rests across the upper back, on the muscle below your neck rather than on the neck itself.
- 3Hold the band lightly near your shoulders and stand tall with knees softly bent.
Execution
- 1Push your hips straight back and let your chest tip forward with a flat back.
- 2Stop when you feel a strong stretch in your hamstrings or your back starts to round.
