Instructions
A two-footed jump for distance from a standing start. It trains your hips and legs to push forward powerfully and teaches you to stick a balanced landing.

Setup
- 1Find a clear, non-slip stretch of floor with several body lengths of space ahead of you.
- 2Stand with feet about hip-width apart and arms relaxed by your sides.
Execution
- 1Swing your arms back as you push your hips back and bend your knees.
- 2Throw your arms forward and jump out and slightly up, pushing through both feet.
- 3Bring your feet through in front of you while you are in the air.
