Instructions
A bodyweight squat that finishes with a jump. It teaches your legs to produce force quickly and to absorb a landing smoothly, which carries over to sport and everyday movement.

Setup
- 1Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart and toes turned out slightly.
- 2Hold your arms loosely in front of you, ready to swing.
Execution
- 1Sit your hips back and down into a squat, swinging your arms behind you.
- 2Drive through your whole foot and jump straight up, swinging your arms forward.
- 3Land on the balls of your feet, then let your heels settle as your knees and hips bend.
