Rotational Jump Squat
Also known as: 180 Jump Squat, Turning Squat Jump
Instructions
A jump squat in which you turn half a circle in the air and land facing the other way, then jump back. The turn adds a rotational element to the landing that the trunk and hips must absorb.

Setup
- 1Stand with the feet shoulder-width apart in a clear space.
- 2Squat to a quarter or half depth with the arms ready to swing.
Execution
- 1Jump up and rotate the body a half turn in the air, using the arms to help.
- 2Land facing the opposite direction, sinking softly into a squat.
- 3Jump and rotate back the other way.
