Cable Upright Row

Instructions
Standing at a low pulley, you pull a bar or rope up along your body with elbows leading. It works the side of the shoulders and the upper traps together with smooth, steady tension.

Setup
- 1Set the pulley to its lowest position and attach a rope or short straight bar.
- 2Hold the attachment with palms facing your body, hands about shoulder-width or slightly narrower.
- 3Stand tall a small step back from the machine with arms straight and the cable taut.
Execution
- 1Pull the attachment upward close to your body, leading with your elbows.
- 2Let your elbows travel out to the sides and stop when they reach about shoulder height.
