Close-Grip Lat Pulldown

Instructions
A pulldown using a narrow handle with palms facing each other. The close grip gives a long range of motion for the lats and lets the arms contribute a little more.

Setup
- 1Attach a narrow, palms-facing handle to the high pulley.
- 2Adjust the thigh pad so your legs are held snugly, then grip the handle and sit down.
- 3Start with arms straight overhead, chest lifted, and a very slight lean back.
Execution
- 1Pull your shoulders down away from your ears.
- 2Drive your elbows down and in toward your sides until the handle reaches your upper chest.
