Instructions
Holding yourself at the top of a dip with locked arms and the shoulders pressed down. It is the entry point to every dip progression and teaches the shoulders to stay stable under bodyweight.

Setup
- 1Grip the parallel bars with the palms facing in.
- 2Press or jump up until the arms are straight and the feet hang free.
Execution
- 1Push the bars down so the shoulders sit away from the ears.
- 2Keep the trunk slightly hollow and the legs together.
- 3Hold for the target time without letting the elbows bend.
