Instructions
A rope jump where the rope passes under your feet twice on every hop. It demands sharp timing and a fast wrist flick, and it pushes your heart rate up far faster than ordinary skipping.

Setup
- 1Use a light, fast rope sized so the handles reach roughly your lower chest when you stand on its middle.
- 2Stand on a firm, level surface with plenty of clear space overhead.
- 3Hold the handles loosely near your hips, elbows close to your sides, rope behind your heels.
Execution
- 1Start with a few relaxed single jumps to find your rhythm.
- 2Jump a little higher than usual, staying tall with your legs nearly straight.
