Kettlebell High Pull

Instructions
A one-arm swing that finishes with a quick pull of the elbow back at chest height. It adds upper-back work to the swing and teaches the timing needed for the snatch.

Setup
- 1Stand with feet a little wider than your hips and the kettlebell on the floor just in front of you.
- 2Hinge at the hips, grip the handle with one hand, and tilt the bell toward you.
- 3Keep your back long and your free arm relaxed out to the side.
Execution
- 1Hike the bell back between your legs, then snap your hips forward to stand tall.
- 2As the bell floats toward chest height, pull your elbow high and back so the bell comes toward your shoulder.
