One smooth hip snap carries a kettlebell from between your legs to a locked-out arm overhead. It builds whole-body power and stamina, and rewards patience with technique.

Setup
1Stand with feet a little wider than your hips and the kettlebell on the floor about a foot in front of you.
2Hinge at the hips, grip the handle with one hand, and tip the bell back toward you.
3Set your shoulders down and hold your free arm out to the side for balance.
Execution
1Hike the bell back between your legs, keeping your forearm close to your inner thigh.
2Snap your hips forward and stand tall so the bell rises close to your body.
