Reverse-Grip Barbell Row

Instructions
A bent-over barbell row taken with your palms facing forward. The underhand grip keeps your elbows close to your sides, which brings the lats and biceps further into the pull.

Setup
- 1Stand with feet about hip width and the bar over the middle of your feet.
- 2Hinge at the hips with a flat back and grip the bar underhand at shoulder width.
- 3Lift the bar to just below your knees with your torso angled forward and knees softly bent.
Execution
- 1Brace your midsection and fix your torso angle.
- 2Pull the bar toward your lower belly, sliding your elbows back close to your sides.
