Instructions
A reverse lunge where the back foot glides on a slider instead of stepping. The front leg stays under tension the whole time, which makes light loads feel surprisingly hard.

Setup
- 1Stand tall on a smooth floor with feet hip-width apart.
- 2Place the ball of one foot on a slider and keep most of your weight on the other leg.
Execution
- 1Slide the back foot straight behind you as you bend the front knee.
- 2Lower until the back knee hovers just above the floor.
- 3Press through the whole front foot and pull the slider back in as you stand.
