Wall Handstand Push-Up

Instructions
A full press from head-on-the-floor back to straight arms while upside down against a wall. It is the bodyweight equivalent of a heavy overhead press.

Setup
- 1Place a folded mat where your head will touch and set your hands shoulder-width apart just in front of it.
- 2Kick up into a handstand with heels on the wall and the body braced.
Execution
- 1Lower under control until the top of your head lightly touches the mat.
- 2Press the floor away, driving the head back between the arms as the elbows straighten.
- 3Finish with locked elbows and shoulders pushed up toward the ears.
