Band Pull-Through

Instructions
Facing away from a low-anchored band, you hinge back and then drive your hips forward to stand. The band pulls backward, so your glutes do the work while your back stays lightly loaded.

Setup
- 1Fix a band to a sturdy anchor near floor level.
- 2Face away from the anchor, reach between your legs, and hold the band with both hands.
- 3Walk forward until the band is taut and set your feet a little wider than your hips.
Execution
- 1Push your hips back and let the band draw your hands between your thighs, keeping your back flat.
- 2When you feel your hamstrings stretch, drive your hips forward to stand up tall.
