Cable Pull-Through

Instructions
Facing away from a low cable, you hinge back and then drive your hips forward against the pull. A friendly way to learn the hinge and train the glutes with very little load on the spine.

Setup
- 1Attach a rope to a cable set at its lowest position.
- 2Face away from the machine, straddle the cable, and hold the rope ends between your legs.
- 3Walk forward a few steps until the weight lifts off the stack.
- 4Stand with feet slightly wider than your hips and knees softly bent.
Execution
- 1Push your hips straight back and let the rope travel between your legs.
